Position Locating

A caller describes a location in words: cross streets, or a block-and- direction offset from a place already known. No map image, no marker -- translate the description into a cell on the labeled grid, by clicking it or typing its coordinate. This is the skill CritiCall calls Position Locating, distinct from reading a map image.
