Refund & Billing Terms

These terms describe how Ascenvo purchases are billed and how to request a refund. They are part of our Terms of Service.
Plain-English summary. The Free plan is free forever and never auto-charges. The Training Suite is $99, charged once, for twelve months of the training content, the scripted sims and the live AI. One year, one payment, no auto-renew: when the twelve months end, access simply ends until you choose to buy again. Nothing on Ascenvo keeps a card on a meter or bills you again on its own. The Training Suite carries a 14-day money-back guarantee (see “Refunds” below).
1. Free plan
The Free plan is free forever: no card required, no time limit, and it never converts to a paid plan on its own. It is a permanent free tier, not a trial. There is no free-trial-to-paid conversion anywhere on Ascenvo; paid access is only ever started by a purchase you actively make. What stays free forever is the thirteen skill drills, with no account needed; the live AI does not. Free accounts get one free live call so you can hear what this is, and one AI oral-board grade. The full plan includes 90 minutes a month.
2. Plans and pricing
- Training Suite: $99, charged once, for twelve months. Unlocks the full training library, all scripted sims, AI oral-board grading and the live AI caller (90 minutes a month) for twelve months from the day you buy. One year, one payment, no auto-renew. The suite is complete on its own, with no separate monthly AI fee.
- AI minutes pack (optional): the only add-on to the suite, never needed to use it. It is a one-time charge of $19 for 90 more live AI minutes that never expire and are used only after the month's included 90 minutes run out. They stay usable for live AI practice even after your plan year ends. The pack can be bought only while your twelve months are active.
- Corrections Audio Pack: a one-time charge of $19 for the two hands-free corrections audio study modules, 22 sections in all. Yours permanently. Charged once; never renews. The first section of each module and the full sample module are free, so you can hear exactly what you are buying first.
The exact price and currency are shown to you before you confirm purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe.
3. No automatic renewal
Ascenvo does not automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis. The Training Suite is charged once, and then it lapses on its own after twelve months. We do not re-bill you. If you buy the Training Suite again while you still have time remaining, the new twelve months stack onto your remaining time so you never lose what you paid for.
4. The twelve-month term
Twelve months runs to the same day of the month, one year later (buy on October 14, active through October 14 the next year). Because nothing auto-renews, there is nothing to cancel. If you do nothing, access simply ends when the twelve months end. Questions about a charge? Email support@ascenvo911.com with the email on your account.
5. Refunds
Training Suite: 14-day money-back guarantee. Email support@ascenvo911.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it in full, for any reason, including not passing a test or not being hired. No form to fill out and no hoops. After those 14 days the Training Suite is not refundable, for any reason, except where required by law.
Corrections Audio Pack: 14-day money-back guarantee. Same terms as the Training Suite: email support@ascenvo911.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it in full, for any reason. After those 14 days it is not refundable, except where required by law. The free sections exist so you can hear the voice, the pacing and the depth before you spend anything, and we would rather you use them than buy on faith.
How a refund works. We refund to the card you paid with, through Stripe. A full refund removes the access that purchase unlocked, including the live AI that came with it.
AI minutes pack: 14-day refund. The pack is $19, charged once, for 90 more live AI minutes. Email support@ascenvo911.com within 14 days of buying the pack to ask for a refund. A full refund removes the pack minutes you have not used. The pack can be bought only while your twelve months are active. Pack minutes never expire, are used only after the month's included 90 minutes, and stay usable for live AI practice after your plan year ends.
6. No guarantee of results
Ascenvo is a training and preparation product. It does not promise that you will pass a test, advance in a hiring process, or be hired. The refund terms in Section 5 are the only ones: inside the 14-day window the reason does not matter, and after it an outcome is not grounds for a refund either. See our Terms of Service.
7. Changes
We may change pricing or these terms. Changes apply to future purchases, and we will notify you in advance where required. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
