Refund & Billing Terms

These terms describe how Ascenvo purchases are billed and how to request a refund. They are part of our Terms of Service.
Plain-English summary. The Free plan is free forever and never auto-charges. The Training Suite is a one-time purchase — you pay once and own the training content and scripted sims; it never renews. AI Access is billed as a single charge for one calendar month of live-AI practice — there is no subscription and no automatic renewal; when a month is up, the AI features simply pause until you choose to buy another month. Nothing on Ascenvo keeps a card on a meter or bills you again on its own. The Training Suite carries a 14-day money-back guarantee (see “Refunds” below).
1. Free plan
The Free plan is free forever — no card required, no time limit, and it never converts to a paid plan on its own. It is a permanent free tier, not a trial. There is no free-trial-to-paid conversion anywhere on Ascenvo; paid access is only ever started by a purchase you actively make.
2. Plans and pricing
- Training Suite — one-time purchase, not a subscription: $69 ($49 during the founding launch month). Unlocks the full training library and all scripted sims permanently, and includes 3 months of AI Access. Charged once; never renews.
- AI Access — a one-time charge of $15 for one calendar month of live-AI practice (the AI oral-board panel and future AI features). Not a subscription: it does not auto-renew and no card is kept on a meter. Buy another month manually whenever you want more time.
The exact price and currency are shown to you before you confirm purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe.
3. No automatic renewal
Ascenvo does not sell subscriptions and does not automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis. The Training Suite is charged once. AI Access is charged once per month you choose to buy, and then it lapses on its own — we do not re-bill you. If you buy AI Access again while you still have time remaining, the new month stacks onto your remaining time so you never lose what you paid for.
4. Calendar-month terms for AI Access
A month of AI Access runs to the same day of the next month (buy on the 14th, active through the 14th). If the next month has no matching day, it runs to that month’s last day (buy January 31, active through February 28 or 29). Because nothing auto-renews, there is nothing to cancel — if you do nothing, AI features simply pause when the month ends. Questions about a charge? 5. Refunds
Training Suite — 14-day money-back guarantee. If the Training Suite doesn't leave you walking into your board more prepared, email support@ascenvo911.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it in full. No form to fill out and no hoops. This is a plain satisfaction guarantee — it is not conditioned on whether you pass a test or get hired (see Section 6).
AI Access. A month of AI Access is generally non-refundable once the month has started, except where required by law. As a courtesy, if you bought a month by mistake and contact us promptly, we will review your request and may issue a refund or credit at our discretion.
6. No guarantee of results
Ascenvo is a training and preparation product. A refund request based on not passing a test, not advancing in a hiring process, or not being hired is not covered, because the Service does not guarantee those outcomes. See our Terms of Service.
7. Changes
We may change pricing or these terms. Changes apply to future billing periods, and we will notify you in advance where required. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
