multiple choice: you talk, they answer, and the perishable facts (the plate, the
description, the direction) only come out if you ask the right questions. At the end,
an evaluator grades the whole call. Early-access voice is your browser's — the studio
voices stay in the scripted sim for now.
This goes out to every unit on the air. Broadcast what you've
captured — direction and a plate are what catch the suspect.
