Is an AI judging my interview? No. The rubric — what a good answer contains, what loses points, what panels actually listen for — was built by a dispatch veteran with over 20 years, who sat real hiring boards. The AI is the delivery mechanism: it's how a panel can be awake when you are.

Do I need a webcam or microphone? A microphone helps — answering out loud is most of the training effect — but every question also takes a typed answer.
