A large share of the board is behavioral ("tell us about a time you…") because the best predictor of how you'll act is how you actually acted before. Adjectives ("I'm calm under pressure") are claims; stories are evidence. Keep every story on the rails with four beats. Short, short, long, short: the Action is where you live.
